Citibank Berhad Marketing Technology Specialist

This role is a specialist digital-first marketer role that will own, drive and manage all marketing technology setup (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target) and implementation to ensure business objectives including acquisition, revenue growth, engagement and retention across all business units (Cards, Banking, Loans, Digital) are met.
This individual will act as a catalyst to drive a performance marketing and data analytics mindset, ensuring tracking of marketing programs and digital channels are implemented accurately with controls in place to mitigate risks and breach of policies. The role requires an individual who is a superuser of the Adobe marketing stack, have advanced knowledge in website tagging/optimization/digital trends, and is able to prioritize initiatives/bridge gaps between implementation challenges and business goals. Close partnership with the Marketing, Data, Technology and vendor teams will be necessary.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver against sales targets and grow sales volumes for varied lines of business that depend on digital, through different phases of the buying journey.
- Implement and measure existing customer marketing campaigns to maximize channel performance.
- Establish a framework for measurement for digital channel performance.
- Own and manage the marketing technology setup and process for tools including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target and Adobe Launch.
- Provide expertise in the utilization of the Adobe marketing stack.
- Identify and lead integration of new capabilities and technologies to improve digital targeting and funnel performance, in order to deliver business growth, deepen engagement and build loyalty amongst existing customers.
- Partner with the Marketing, Data and Technology teams to implement requirements to meet business goals.
- Partner with the Marketing Analyst to size new opportunities, assess customer impacts, provide insights and make recommendations to enhance current programs and improve results.
- Identify key, new, and emerging risks in the marketing, marketing technology and advertising technology environment.
- Manage third party agencies to execute and deliver Citi’s martech/adtech requirements.
- Manage and maintain all aspects of the budget including invoice payment, accruals, forecasting, expense reconciliation and audit report.
- Manage marketing controls relating to implementation and setup of martech tools.**Qualifications**:
- 5-8 years in Marketing or Agency, with advance knowledge in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target
- 5-8 years hands-on experience in digital performance/growth marketing, media and Adobe
- Team player; ability to partner and negotiate with cross functional team to successfully deliver client needs
- Track record of implementing martech/adtech that drive business success
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Digital sales/e-commerce experience is required
- Experience leveraging web traffic (Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst, etc.) and personalization/testing platforms (Adobe Target, Optimizely) tools
- Exemplary leadership skills to be able to lead, influence and partner with teams across the organization to drive this new strategy and framework
- Strong relationship building skills & experience of working in a matrix organization will be considered an advantage
- Ability to successfully interact with various levels within the organization, including Senior Management
- Intellectually curious, proactively seeking and developing new opportunities
