**Responsibilities**:
- **Document Preparation and Management: Prepare all documents, agreements, and portfolios for Human Resources.**:
- **Manage employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.**:
- **Report and Presentation Assistance: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.**:
- **Mail Handling: Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.**:
- **Budget and Expense Management: Assist in budget preparation, monitor expenses, and ensure financial accuracy.**:
- **Financial Processing: Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents. Coordinate with accounting departments or external accountants.**:
- **Sales Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and track sales performance.**:
- **Payroll Management: Manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate employee payments.**:
- **Office Management: Book meetings, schedule events, and maintain office supplies. Organize travel itineraries and logistics for staff.**
**Requirements**:
- **Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.**:
- **Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.**:
- **Proficiency in office management tools, particularly MS Office.**:
- **Excellent organizational and time-management skills.**:
- **Strong written and oral communication abilities.**:
- **Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail.**
**SPM Cert or Same Qualification; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a plus.**
