**Responsibilities**:
Evaluate Credit Risk:

- Assess the creditworthiness of current and prospective clients.
- Determine the level of risk involved in lending to each client.

Financial Analysis:

- Analyze financial data to assess creditworthiness and risk levels.
- Prepare detailed credit proposals and present findings to stakeholders.

Risk Monitoring and Mitigation:

- Monitor credit trends and provide insights to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop risk management strategies.

Credit Limits and Compliance:

- Review credit limits of existing customers.
- Maintain accurate records of credit analysis processes.

**About You**:

- Education level: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other business-related fields.
- Experience: Proven work experience (3+ years) as a Financial cum Credit Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong financial & credit analysis skills and commercial acumen.
- Familiarity with cash flow modelling.
- Strong command of the English language - written and spoken - to effectively liaise and communicate with native speaking clients and stakeholders
- Laser focus and a self-starter
- Effective and independent in managing time per work priority
- Strong value around quality of work produced
- Eloquent and well presented with effective communication towards internal and external parties
- Provide attention to detail with accuracy
- Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models would be advantageous
- Professional accreditation (CA, CPA, or CFA) is highly desirable
