- Conducting training sessions for store staff on merchandising techniques.
- Supervising the planning and implementation of store layouts to ensure the efficient utilization of space.
- Facilitating strong communication with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure consistent brand messaging and coordination in promotional activities.
- Arrange regular workshops to keep the team informed about the latest industry trends and techniques.
- Oversee the budget for visual merchandising projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in: Retail Management, Fashion Design, Visual Merchandise or any related field
- Demonstrated expertise in brand environment projects and visual merchandising within the fashion retail sector
- Strong proficiency in creative and conceptual thinking.
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills.
- In-depth understanding of current fashion trends and consumer behavior.
- Proficient in relevant software tools for design and project management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
