Assist the Outlet Manager in managing the outlet according to company standard in sales, staffing, visual merchandising, operations and fulfill any duties assigned by the Outlet Manager.
**Ast. Manager Job Responsibilities**:
- Assist Outlet Manager in managing the profitable store, execute product & sales promotion, draft / arrange staff schedules, and educating all staff members on all products & services.
- Documenting & completing shift report.
- Perform a daily inventory of baked offs and daily items to ensure that a par stock is maintained.
- Properly opening and closing the outlets as well as handling and taking over shifts.
- Verify and submit staff attendance in a timely manner.
- Retain and grooming staff.
- Maintain a comfortable & conducive outlet.
**Qualification**:
- Graduate with Diploma/Degree in F&B with 2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Without paper qualification but with a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in F&B is welcome as well.
**Salary**: From RM2,200.00 per month
