RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning for Tubing Installation: Develop a detailed plan for the tubing installation process. Ensure the plan includes steps for cutting, fitting, and securing the tubing. Schedule the installation sequence to optimize efficiency
- Manpower Arrangement: Allocate and organize the necessary workforce for the project. Assign specific tasks to team members based on their skills and experience. Ensure all workers are briefed on safety protocols and project details.
- Assist current production engineer for production supervision and project production material counting.
- Operational Compliance

Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure.
- Work Scheduling and Allocation

Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in order to speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done.

Follow the organization's Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) policies, procedures and mandatory instructions; to identify and mitigate risks, and to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of oneself and others.
