- Execute EQM plan for all plant installation as instructed by Superior.
- Attend to all breakdowns and carry out professional repair of plant installation, production tools,
- fixtures, equipment’s and machines with superior supervision and instruction.- Report breakdown and findings to superior for immediate action.
- Update spare part required in daily morning meeting within department.
- Check lighting system and rectify faulty or hazards item / issue.
- Daily routine check/ inspect air condition, humidifier, LEVs, STP, cooling towers, air compressor water
- and fire protection system in order.- Check and report water tank level and electric power supply condition daily.
- Check and inspect effectiveness ground monitoring and ESD system.
- Check, maintain and update checklist all machine parameter for production and facility equipment/
- instruments.- Check, monitor and report Cleaners routine activities and covered area cleanness.
- Fabricate and construct partition, light, pipes, racks etc as per instruction from Superior.
- Responsible for continuously repainting on building walls, pipe and facilities surroundings.
- Support all departments for relocate and re-arrange of machine and others.
- To support manpower shortage and project arrangements.
- Discuss with superior ideas to get the process done more effectively and efficiently
- Train all employees/ operators/users on proper machine/ equipment handling and brief functions,
- uses and safety measures to observe.- Ensure that safe working methods are adopted at all time and caution all employees against unsafe
- act- Any other duties as and when assigned by the Head of Department / Superior /Section Head.

Job requirements
- Certificate in electrical or mechanical engineering with minimum 2 years working experience in the

similar environment.

- Diploma in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering with minimum 1 year working experience in similar

environment.
