Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

- Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
- Repair faulty equipment units and damaged asset.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
- Plan and schedule repairs.
- Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
- Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and more to list
- Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
- To perform duties as and when required and ordered

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

- SPM/Diploma/Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- **Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.**:

- At least 1 years experience in facility maintenance procedures.
- Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be well organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
