Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Service Excellence:

- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in the dining area.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Menu Knowledge:

- Familiarize yourself with the menu offerings and make recommendations to guests.
- Table Setting and Preparation:

- Ensure tables are set according to restaurant standards before and after each service.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene:

- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including clearing used dishes and utensils.
- Cash Handling:

- Process payments accurately and maintain records of transactions.
- Banqueting for Events:

- Assist in setting up and serving at banquets and special events hosted at the hotel.
- Restaurant Decoration:

- Participate in decorating the restaurant for special occasions and events.
- Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and order accuracy

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
