Surface Treatment Specialist

STINIS MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. seeks a SURFACE TREATMENT SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting our company’s development. - Analyzes preparation techniques of required products to carry out surface treatments, in accordance with the technical specifications established and with safety rules. - Controls surface treatment preparation equipment and facilities in safe conditions. - Monitor the surface treatment process using various measuring instruments and gauges to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the treatment. - Responsible for the top-notch maintenance of equipment and facilities, and for ensuring production under the required quality, safety and delivery times. - Design, development and improvement of coating plants and metallization machines. - Performs manufacture control, from control guidelines accordingly to planned means and makes the corresponding report. - Program the equipment or installations on them, depending on the work process, optimizing their use. - Controls the regulating elements of the automatic treatment facilities, to guarantee facilities proper operation, in accordance with the established process. - Prepare the materials for heat treatment by cleaning, inspecting, and organizing them according to specifications. - Perform quality control tests, such dimensional inspections, to verify the material properties meet the required standards. - Maintain accurate records of surface treatment parameters, process times, test results, and other relevant data.
