**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the tallying of accounts on a daily basis.
- Preparation of food & beverage on time and according to requests with mínimal wastage.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for our clients.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks, adhering to company recipes and quality standards.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including brewing stations, countertops, and customer seating areas.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly and efficient service throughout their visit.
- Recommend coffee selections and answer customer questions about our menu offerings, brewing methods, and ingredients.
- Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system accurately, processing transactions promptly and efficiently.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper storage and handling of perishable items, and adherence to health code regulations.
- Monitor and restock inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplied, ensuring availability for upcoming shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment and contribute to a cohesive and productive team dynamic.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve coffee knowledge, beverage-making skills, and customer service techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Minimum of an SPM certification
- Experience: Previous experience as a barista. Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso beverage preparation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in fast-paced environment, multitask and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one.

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
