**Purpose of Role**
- To support client's Malaysia Singapore Business Unit
- marketing planned initiatives and co ordinating of all documentation of events and activities across the client's Vaccines portfolio in Malaysia & Singapore.
- Business unit’s internal meetings logistic arrangement.
- General Manager’s meeting and logistic arrangement.

**Priorities**

Event management
- Familiar with SOP and compliance requirement in managing event.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, such as conferences, seminars, webinars and workshops
- Lead and manage master event calendar of client's Vaccines
- Provide administrative support to the Vaccines team to ensure strict adherence to company policies ensuring proper documentation
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including medical societies and preparation of service and speakers’ contracts for events
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure that all logístical aspects of events (venue, equipment, materials) are managed sufficiently
- Support Product Managers in managing event budgets, ensuring cost-effective event solution
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies during events eg: timely submission of One CRM processes for the events
- Preparation of documents including E-contract submission for the vendors and submission of DDQ as and when needed according to company policies
- Process invoices and tracking of payments to speakers and vendors

**General responsibilities**:

- General marketing duties including administrative support to Brand teams.
- Maintain and update databases and records related to marketing activities and event participants
- Assist in the production and distribution of marketing materials and promotional items
- Consolidate monthly marketing report from the team and prepare summary
- Support team on meeting minutes and co ordination
- Submission of Purchase Orders ensuring approvals before the need by date
- Creation of new vendors
- Managing event invoices
- Submission of payments for events
- Submission and creation of new vendors and resubmission of expired vendors in the system

**Health, safety and environment (HSE) responsibilities**
- Take reasonable care of the health and safety of yourself and others.
- Cooperate with management in the provision of a healthy and safe workplace.
- Identify and correct unsafe conditions or behaviours and immediately notify the Manager of any serious incidents; complete an Incident / Injury Report and forward to Human Resources within 48 hours where necessary.
- Undertake duties in accordance with the current Policies and Procedures.
- Report non-conformance in accordance with the requirements of the sanofi quality system.

**Essential Skills and Experience**

**Essential Qualifications**
- Proven experience in marketing or event management, preferably in the **pharmaceutical or healthcare industry**:

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with good time management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with cross-functional teams with
- Highly attention to detail and agility to changing situations
- Budget Management
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards
- Diploma holder

**Desirable Skills and Experience**

**Desirable Qualifications**
- Min 5 years in marketing support environment
- Strong organization skills and follow up
- Documentation processing

May require travel and participation in events outside of regular working hours

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
