**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Community Engagement**:

- Act as the main point of contact for community members, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement and participation.

Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the community.

**Content Creation**:

- Create and curate content to share with the community, including newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates.
- Encourage user-generated content and facilitate discussions.

**Event Planning**:

- Organize and host community events, both online and offline, to strengthen connections among community members.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate community activities into broader company events.

**Moderation and Conflict Resolution**:

- Moderate discussions and ensure that community guidelines and standards are maintained.
- Address conflicts and disagreements within the community, fostering a respectful and positive environment.

**Data Analysis**:

- Track and analyze community metrics to measure engagement and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular reports on community activities and feedback to relevant stakeholders.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to relay community feedback and insights.
- Work closely with other team members to align community initiatives with overall company goals.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor graduate
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in co-working space management or a related customer service or sales-oriented environment.
- Project management and business operations experience required
- Strong proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Understanding and experience managing a team of more than two people
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
- Passion for fostering a vibrant, collaborative community within the co-working environment.

**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**
- RM2,500 - RM3,000 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
- Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits

**WORKING HOUR**:

- Monday - Friday; 9.00am-6.00pm

**WORKING LOCATION**:

- Kuching, Sarawak

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
- People Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (required)
- Mandarin (required)
- English (required)
