Position: Admin Executive (Remote Work)

We are currently seeking a highly organized and diligent Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the flexibility of working from the comfort of your home, with working hours from 10 am to 7 pm. As the backbone of our administrative operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth communication with our tenants and ensuring the efficiency of our data management systems.

**Responsibilities**:
Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for our existing tenants, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure their satisfaction and also serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Data Management: Update and maintain accurate records of tenant information, including both new and existing tenants, utilizing our database systems, manage and organize files and documents, ensuring our data management systems are meticulously maintained and up-to-date

Complaint Resolution: Efficiently handle tenant complaints, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner or escalated appropriately.

Task Coordination: Assign tasks to site executives as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and the well-being of our tenants.

Reminders and Follow-ups:
Provide timely reminders to tenants about important dates, payments, or any other necessary follow-ups to keep all parties informed and engaged.

Invoicing: Generate, send, and track invoices. Ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded in the company's accounting system.

Quotations: Prepare and issue quotations to clients, ensuring all details are accurate and comply with company policies.

Reporting: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Purchasing and Inventory: Handle office supplies, including the tracking of inventory levels and placing orders as necessary.

Qualifications:
Excellence in Excel:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, as it will be your primary tool for data management and analysis.

Communication Skills: Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with tenants, team members, and management.

Self-Management: Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of self-discipline and time management skills.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues swiftly and effectively.

Experience: Prior experience in administrative roles or customer service will be considered an advantage.
