1) Handle sales documentation, customer enquiries & request promptly, accurately and professionally
2) Work as team to support sales operation and inventory management
3) Maintain relationship with existing customers and develop business
4) Attend product training and constantly study latest product information
5) Follow up with customer orders on timely and professional manner
6) Provide exceptional customer service to all existing and potential customers
7) Clearly explain and educate customers on product features and benefits
8) Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding client’s products and customer problems
9) Providing customer with the organization’s service and product information
