**Experience & Skills**
- Preferably with minimum 1- 2 years in Building Management Office as Admin Assistant or any other industry worked as Admin Assistant
- Able to handle office management & administration
- Encouraged if familiar with CSS/UBS System or other accounting system for Building Management or strata properties
- Must have knowledge and/or familiar in Billing, Invoices, Purchase Order, Purchase Requisition, Payment Processing and basic knowledge in Bank Reconciliation
- Must have knowledge in computer skills (Microsoft, Excel & Power point)
- Good in customer service
- Willing to do Over Time
- Willing to work under pressure

**Education**

- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field but preferable in Business Administration
- If only with Diploma in any field but must have 2 years working experience in as Admin Assistant
- If you have any Degree can be considered if without experience or fresh graduate.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jalan Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (preferred)
- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
