**Job description**:
1. Keep up to date with each clinic (filing) and be responsible when asked/needed
2. Filing and preparing the tenancy agreement, CF, utilities bills, Waste Disposal and Pest Control.
3. Assist and prepare doc for administrative and operations
4. Arranging the stock count/inventory order 2 weekly with PIC
5. Prepare financial proposals
6. Assist and prepare document for new clinic opening with PIC
7. Prepare all the documents regarding loan/advance pay
8. License renewal (DBKL/MBPJ)
9. Monitoring and preparing the stationary order (Office use/Clinic)
10. Preparing order for uniform staff (Shirt & Name Tag)

**Requirements**:
Minimum STPM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are open to apply.
Diligent, committed, responsible and creative.
Good planning skills, foresight and analytical.
Responsible and committed to meet reporting deadline.
Meticulous and careful.
Team player.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
