Admin Assistant

You will be responsible for:
**Perform Administrative Tasks**
- Type and word-process various documents and electronic information.
- Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filling, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
**Provide Job-Specific Operations Support**
- Create financial and statistical tools and reports using spreadsheets.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Analyze and interpret financial statistics and other data and produce relevant reports.
- Data entry for e-procurement system.
**Develop and Maintain Filing System**
- Create and maintain a filing system for both paper and electronic documents.
**Office Policies and Procedures**
- Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
- Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety and quality management.
- Interpret instructions and issues arising, and then implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures.
**Greet and Service Office Visitors**
- Serves as the face of the office. They are responsible for greeting office visitors and creating a great first impression.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma or Degree in any business-related field.
- Min 1 year in similar capacity.
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
