Admin Accounts Assistant

To update cash collection & online payment on daily basis
- Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments
- Keep an accurate record for all daily cash transactions-cash book (Expenses & Collections)
- Assist in daily accounting operating such as receipting, invoices and other related transactions
- Maintained and organized files, records and documents according to established filing system
- To prepare invoices and Purchased Order (PO) & Payment Voucher (PV)
- To assist in preparing commission list for drivers and sales personnel
- Managed and undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when as required
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required skills : Accounting System (Quick book), MS Excel, MS Word.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proactive working attitude, great patience with a pleasant personality and positive service mindset at all times.
- Independent and able to work in a team with mínimal supervision.
- Willing to work 5.5 days a week.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
