Logistic Executive

Job Summary: - To assist manager to monitoring and controlling for the cost of transportation, service and inventory within any budget or distribution strategy. Job Responsibilities: - To overview and oversee the flow of delivery. - To monitoring and ensure all the delivery planning is in schedule in terms with date, location and status of finished goods. - Maintain inter-communication with every each department. - GPS system monitoring for every each lorry status. - To ensure operation carried out is the most effective way. - To review budget requirement of logistic activities and direct consolidated of logistic budget. - To conduct KPI’s monitoring and achievement for every single day or monthly. - Fulfilling and achieving the KPI’s requirement from the management. - Ensure to train or nourish the assistance within the timeline period given by the management. - To control and monitoring all the related documents is conduct and issue within proper way such as Delivery Order, Invoice, Rejection Memo, and etc. - Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior.
