**DESCRIPTION**
Position Title **Logistic Executive**

Industry **Glass Manufacturer**

Location **Jasin, Melaka**

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate between shipper, shipping agent and internal supply chain on the importation of goods.
- Handling and managing import related shipping documentations.
- Monitoring the shipment status and coordinates with the suppliers, agents and internal stakeholders for customs clearance and to meet expected delivery time.
- Prepare and submit Sales & Service Tax (SST) related reports to Finance &
Customs.
- Make sure that the business operations comply with company procedures and policy,
Malaysian law and its practice
- Check the completeness and accuracy of shipping documentation.

**Experience Needed**:

- A diploma or degree in any field (logistics/supply chain would be great but not necessary).
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin with excellent communication and writing skills.
- Familiar with the Malaysian custom procedures and broad experience in Shipping,
Importing, Customs and other matters.
- Meticulous and able to work independently.
- Able to handle large volumes of work.
- Able to work in a face-paced environment

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
