- Provide consultation of care services and home care enquiries to clients
- Supervise and support daily food service operation
- Monitor resident oral intake and progression
- Work closely with branch team in order to make sure the efficiency of company operation
- Work closely with the central kitchen team to provide the best nutrition for the elderly
- Monitor resident oral intake in app and update poor oral intake monitoring list
- Consultation about suitable food requirements and supplementation for the elderly who are staying in our care facility.
