- Provide a full spectrum of company secretarial services to Hong Kong SMEs and offshore companies, including those in the BVI and Cayman Islands
- Engage in business development and partnership building in other jurisdictions, particularly Malaysia and Singapore
- Prepare, review and file minutes, board resolutions, and annual returns
- Maintain client statutory records and in-house databases
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (accounting, payroll, audit) to meet clients' statutory requirements
- Lead, supervise, and develop a small professional corporate services team, ensuring high performance and effective service delivery

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in Business Management, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of company secretarial experience in a professional or law firm, specifically for Hong Kong companies
- ICSA/HKICS qualification (member or student) is a plus
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Accounting and business administration experience preferred
- Experience with Malaysia and Singapore company secretarial practices is highly advantageous
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team
