We are currently seeking an experienced Admin Executive officer that is highly motivated, self-starter and responsible individual to join this growing team.
**Your role**:
- Supervise overall general office administration activities that cover office maintenance, office equipment maintenance, office security, fleet management, mailroom management, records management and facilities management.
- Administer office and residential tenancy.
- Develop business partnering relationship with vendors / contractors / service provider.
- Accountable to ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations including the reception duties of the office
- Liaise with Landlord on office facility, power account, electrical inspection and all other service providers in relation to the company.
- Work with line managers for space planning and allocations.
- Oversee the negotiation of contracts for office cleaning, office equipment, and office daily suppliers etc
- Actively manage the service providers in daily operations
- Make sure the inventory of office suppliers are done on timely manner
- Responsible for closing the issues arised from office safety inspection on quarterly basis
- Any other related work for documentation
- Confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization policies and practices
- Prepares correspondence, reports, etc. Screens telephone calls and visitors, and resolves routine and complex inquiries
- Schedules appointments, meetings and travel itineraries, and coordinates related arrangements
- Requires thorough knowledge of company operations, policies and procedures
- Prepares purchase requisitions and perform room bookings
- To compile data for management review
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis/ reports as required for management use
- Provide support to the management team through business knowledge and technical skills via appropriate report and analysis
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture.
- Demonstrate clear adherence to Customer Focus and Conduct.
- Allocate and distribute work so that the development needs of the team and business priorities are met.
- Accept and tackle demanding goals with enthusiasm.
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma / Degree holder preferably in Office Administration or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years working experience with wide scope of knowledge in general office administration.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Pleasant personality, positive, possess can-do attitude, proactive, self-motivated & able to multitask horizontally.
- Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:
