A. Oversee and participate in the preparation and cooking and serving of main meals, snacks, desserts, etc. in accordance to restaurant menus. B. Ensure quantities to be cooked and size of portions to be served according to restaurant standard operating procedures. C. Check quantity and quality of stocks received and notify suppliers of deficiencies. D. Ensure all cooking mis-en-plus are properly maintained and refill one hour before restaurant operation. E. To invent new food recipes according to company SOP F. To perform checklist for market list on daily basis and as & when required. G. To ensure kitchen and other relevant areas are kept clean at all time. H. To perform job according to company regulations and standard operating procedures. I. To perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required. J. To strictly follow Food & Hygiene regulations.
