As a Customer Service your role combines the responsibilities of providing clients support as well as delivering onboard and deliver product training.

**Responsibilities**:

- To conduct effective onboarding & deliver product training for all clients.
- Maintain a good level of client’s satisfaction by ensuring that clients concerns are resolved.
- Stay up-to-date package, training materials, including presentations, manuals, and other resources, to support training initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve training programs and processes.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as product development or marketing, to provide insights and suggestions based on customer feedback.
- Liaise & follow up question with all clients.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Malaysian national
- Experience working with sales teams, training management and service workflows
- Knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital marketing
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English, mandarin will be added advantage
