Key Responsibilities:

- Managing external and internal requests on source code creation and termination
- Supporting dealers’ profiles updates
- Supporting dealers’ accesses as and when requested ie Flex dealer, Modern Trades, TM Portal accesses
- Supporting the activation/suspension/termination of e-reload - T & R card on timely manner
- Backup for Jompay and uMarket adjustment as and when requested
- Perform housekeeping on regular basis to ensure codes are terminated in related systems accordance to policy
- Ensure correct supporting documents are enclosed with the Letter of Agreement before sending to Legal for stamping
- Participate in system UAT, testing, migration exercise
- Prepare training deck for new system/ process.
- Conduct training for dealer/AM on new system launch
- Perform ad-hoc tasks/projects assigned by management

Job Requirement:

- Preferably Executive specializing in Administrative / Clerical or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English, Malay, Mandarin language for both spoken and written

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
