- Excellent communication skill & written in both Bahasa Malaysia & English

**CALL CENTRE AGENT (HIRING 5 CANDIDATES)**
- Working on shift
- Excellent communication skill & written in both Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Working experience is not necessary as training will be provided
- Able to start work immediately.

**Responsibilities**:
**ADMIN CALL CENTRE - SUPERVISOR**
- Coordinate with technician on the testing of alarm & CCTV system.
- Supervise and monitor a team of call centre agent.
- To perform special task/projects/assignments or any other work given by The Management/ immediate superior as and when required.
- Carry out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information and filing documents.

**CALL CENTRE AGENT**
- To attend inbound call
- Transmit message via a CMS system
- Attend to any enquiry or request from customer promptly
