- ¶ Organize a filing system for important company documents ï
- ¶ Undertaking the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence ï
- ¶ Manage office supplies stock and place orders ï
- ¶ Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets ï
- ¶ Maintain and update company databases ï
- ¶ Responsible for the day-to-day administrative activities of the office. ï
- ¶ Ensure office equipment & appliances work properly. ï
- ¶ Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior ï
- ¶ Assist to brief supplier on vendor registration process ï
