Service Sales Executive

Manage all HQ PSD operational aspects including customer service, facilities, administration and sales support.
- Monitor outstanding Accounts Receivable issues and manage serious Accounts Receivable issues with the support from Regional Service Manager when necessary.
- Monitor HQ technicians’ daily service schedule.
- Support the after sales service and related equipment repair in the Region, as instructed by Regional Service Manager.
- Support customer needs and provide solution to complex technical issues faced in the Region, with support from LCS Service team and Regional Service Manager.
- Initiate warranty claims process from Branch, and pass on cases to LCS for further processing.
- Ensure compliance and promote HCMM’s Occupational Health & Safety regulations amongst branch staffs to ensure safe working condition for everyone.
- Compile periodic sales report for Regional Service Manager.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
