- Ensure that all Guarantee Letter is received
- To follow up Guarantee Letter with company
- To ensure the supporting document are safe kept.
- Basic customer service skills and acknowledgeable.
- Key in patient details for in patient registration
- Ability to communicate with patients and meet their expectations.
- Able to communicate professionally with company and insurance company
- Basic customer service skill and well verse upon hospital information
- To process and follow up initial Guarantee Letter (GL)
- To perform any others relevant duties as and when required by superior.

Job Requirements:

- Highly meticulous and possess good accuracy
- Service oriented, good interpersonal skill with a willingness to perform repeatable assignments and tasks
- Applicants must be willing to work in accordance with the hospital's Clinical hours
- Able to communicate in English
- Willing to work under 2 shift (Morning 9am - 5pm & Evening 2pm - 10pm)
