**About You**:
Responsible for the overall administration, coordination and end to end IR/ER process function.

**Your-Day-to-Day**:
**1.Industrial & Employee Relations**
- Manage and investigate IR/ER cases including disciplinary issues, misconduct, grievances, and absences.
- Conduct due inquiry in accordance with industrial law and practices.
- Maintain the required standard of detailed ER case documentation, including investigation reports and issue analysis.
- Conduct case study to diagnose root causes and develop solutions to enable effective corrective actions.

**2.Report and Analytics**
- Ensure a coordinated and consistent case management approach to handling IR/ER matters.
- Communicate, answer queries, and advise various stakeholders on matters pertaining to employment and labour law.
- Curate and deliver training and awareness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance of policies and regulations amongst employees.
- Maintain and update IR trackers on a monthly basis.
- Monitor, track, and report the trends of IR cases on a monthly basis.
- Prepare case summary for management briefing.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for improvements based on the report

**Your-Know-How**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English and Bahasa
- Solid understanding of Malaysian labor laws, employment regulations, and industrial relations practices.
- Ability to analyze labor-related issues and provide sound recommendations.
- Good Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint skills
- Able to communicate well with all levels of people
- Experience in employment and labour law principles and best practices
- Good temperament and ability to remain objective
- Great writing and reporting skills
- Solid organizational skill and attention to detail
- Fast learner, friendly and approachable
- Possess good analytical mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and team-oriented environment
- Well-organized, meticulous, and detailed oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills

**Salary**: RM3,522.17 - RM5,785.27 per month
