**About the Role**

As an Accounts Executive, you'll be instrumental in managing and executing a full set of accounts and financial processes. This includes everything from daily cash flow tracking and monthly reconciliations to managing accounts payable and receivable. Your financial acumen will support our strategic decisions, contributing to the robust financial health of our projects and operations.

**What You'll Do**

1. Manage the complete spectrum of accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.

2. Prepare, reconcile, and forecast budgets and financial statements.

3. Engage in cash flow management and execute bank reconciliations meticulously.

4. Collaborate with external parties like auditors, tax agents, and bankers to uphold financial integrity and compliance.

5. Participate actively in day-to-day departmental operations and provide ad-hoc reports as management requires.

**Who You Are**

1. You hold an Advanced/Higher Diploma in Accounting, LCCI Higher, or are partly professionally qualified.

2. You bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience with full set accounting, ideally within the property development, construction, or building industry.

3. Proficiency with IFCA/ACCWIN accounting software is advantageous.

4. Your professional demeanor is complemented by a high degree of integrity, a dynamic personality, and excellent communication skills.

6. Ideally, if you are below 40 years old, you are poised to bring fresh perspectives and innovation to our team.
