**Your responsibilities will be plentiful & fruitful**:

- Be a key pillar of our marketing efforts by defining Zenyum’s influencer partnerships & content strategy.
- Identify: Reach out to influencer profiles, channels and social platform mix to develop joint content development strategy to drive both influencer and Zenyum’s brand and conversion metrics.
- Engage: Pitch and and evoke the interest and brand love from influencers for the Zenyum brand, negotiate and define contract-based agreements and manage their smile journey with Zenyum. Identify potential re-engagements touch points with existing influencers.
- Community: Build long-term relationships with influencers, including but not limited to maintaining online groups, interpersonal interactions, physical gatherings and workshops.
- Execute: Consistent and continuous efforts to deliver on key metrics for the influencer partnerships.
- Create: Create content plans for the influencer engagements and keep abreast of emerging trends and competitors' influencer strategy and lead the brainstorming of new and creative approaches to Zenyum's influencer program.
- Track: Organize and document the effectiveness and learnings for MY market to exchange and collaborate with influencer marketer in other markets with a mission to build an international influencer ecosystem for the Zenyum brand. Organise and update trackers and creative assets.
- Optimize: Scale good efforts and continually refine our influencer marketing strategy and operations to develop an effective and result oriented influencer marketing plan.
- Creative hacker: Find new opportunities and avenues to one up our influencer marketing strategy within available resources/organizational budgets.
- Lead: Working together with two junior executives, you will be responsible for strategizing, guiding them with direction, analyzing efforts and getting on ground to execute alongside the junior execs.

- Influencer marketing experience : You have at least 3 years of work experience and your work has included existing experience working directly with influencers / influencer channels
- Team: Enjoy working in a team with cross-collaboration with the Marketing Leads.
- Analytical : You love analyzing your efforts and aren’t afraid of numbers to make sense of our marketing efforts Up to date:

- Social media savvy and keep abreast with influencer and existing and emerging social channel marketing developments.
- Good communicator: Strong communication, and relationship management skill sets.
- Language ability : English and additional local languages to aid communication and content development with influencers of various ethnicities.
- Maturity : Maturity in thinking to be a self initiator and mentor for junior executives
- Positive attitude and open to learn in fast-paced start-up circumstances and a strong team player working with excellent teammates of different nationalities.
- Bonus if you already have experience working with influencers in Malaysia
