We are a premium and corporate gift company specializing in high-quality products tailored to corporate clients. We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer cum Operations Assistant who can bring creativity and innovation to our product designs and proposals. This role will also involve assisting with administrative tasks to support our operations.

We are located in Midfields Square, Sungai Besi, KL.

**Responsibilities**:
Design Conceptualization:

- Develop creative design concepts for premium and corporate gifts based on client briefs and market trends.
- Create detailed design proposals and presentations that showcase product ideas effectively.

Customization and Adaptation:

- Modify and customize existing product designs to meet client specifications and branding requirements.
- Ensure all customizations maintain the integrity of the original design while meeting client expectations.

Graphic Design Production:

- Produce high-quality graphics and visuals for promotional materials, catalogs, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging and design across all channels.

Administrative Support:

- Assist with administrative tasks such as order processing, inventory management, and client communication.
- Maintain organized files and records of design assets and client projects.

Client Interaction:

- Communicate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
- Present design proposals and product mock-ups to clients professionally and persuasively.

- Sales Support:

- Service the repeat sales for existing clients (assist allowance given)
- Search for new clients through cold calls, making appointments with clients and other methods (sales commission given)
- Assist with customer inquiries, prepare proposal, prepare quotation, order processing, and follow-up communications.
- Prepare sales materials, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Help coordinate sales events and promotional activities.

- Operations Support:

- Assist with order fulfilment, including packaging and shipping coordination. If necessary assist with production as well.
- Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate records and timely reordering.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Help resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain operational documentation and assist with process improvements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
