We are seeking a passionate and dedicated International Student Officer to join our team at Curtin University Malaysia. The International Student Officer will play a vital role in ensuring that international students have a positive and enriching experience during their time at Curtin Malaysia. This position involves a range of responsibilities related to international student support, advising, and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive support and guidance to international students throughout their academic journey at Curtin Malaysia.
- Assist international students with visa and immigration matters, including processing student visas and renewals.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to ensure international students' needs are met.
- Organize and coordinate orientation programs and cultural integration activities.
- Offer academic advising and refer students to appropriate academic support services.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive campus environment for international students.
- Collect and maintain accurate records of international students' information.
- Collaborate with international student associations and clubs to enhance the student experience.
- Assist in resolving issues and concerns raised by international students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., international education, higher education administration, counselling, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of international student support services, visa regulations, and immigration procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.


- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
