Supervising and coordinating security operations to ensure the safety and protection of personnel, visitors, assets, and facilities.(Menyelia dan menyelaras operasi keselamatan untuk memastikan keselamatan dan perlindungan kakitangan, pelawat, aset, dan kemudahan.)
- Managing a team of security officers, including scheduling, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation. ( Menguruskan pasukan pegawai keselamatan, termasuk penjadualan, latihan, bimbingan, dan penilaian prestasi.)
- Conducting regular patrols and monitoring surveillance systems to detect and deter unauthorized activity, theft, vandalism, or other security breaches. (Menjalankan rondaan dan sistem pengawasan yang kerap untuk mengesan dan menghalang aktiviti yang tidak dibenarkan, kecurian, vandalisme atau pelanggaran keselamatan lain.)
- Coordinating responses to security incidents, emergencies, alarms, or disturbances, including directing security personnel, and liaising with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary.(Menyelaraskan respons terhadap insiden keselamatan, kecemasan, penggera atau gangguan, termasuk mengarahkan kakitangan keselamatan, dan berhubung dengan penguatkuasa undang-undang atau perkhidmatan kecemasan jika perlu.)
- Enforcing security policies, procedures, and protocols, including access control measures, visitor management, and compliance with regulatory requirements. (Menguatkuasakan dasar, prosedur dan protokol keselamatan, termasuk langkah kawalan akses, pengurusan pelawat, dan pematuhan kepada keperluan kawal selia.)
- Documenting security incidents, accidents, or breaches and preparing detailed reports for management review, investigation, and corrective action. (Mendokumentasikan insiden keselamatan, kemalangan, atau pelanggaran dan menyediakan laporan terperinci untuk semakan pengurusan, penyiasatan dan tindakan pembetulan.)
- Providing training, instruction, and guidance to security staff on security protocols, emergency procedures, use of equipment, and customer service skills. ( Menyediakan latihan, arahan dan bimbingan kepada kakitangan keselamatan tentang protokol keselamatan, prosedur kecemasan, penggunaan peralatan dan kemahiran perkhidmatan pelanggan.)
- Interacting with employees, visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and resolving conflicts or concerns.( Berinteraksi dengan pekerja, pelawat, pelanggan dan vendor secara profesional dan sopan, menangani pertanyaan, memberikan bantuan dan menyelesaikan konflik atau kebimbangan.)
- Conducting security risk assessments and surveys to identify vulnerabilities, threats, and areas for improvement, and recommending security enhancements or corrective measures.( Menjalankan penilaian risiko keselamatan dan tinjauan untuk mengenal pasti kelemahan, ancaman dan kawasan untuk penambahbaikan, dan mengesyorkan peningkatan keselamatan atau langkah pembetulan.)
- Ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance, and calibration of security equipment, such as surveillance cameras, alarm systems, access control devices, and communication systems.(Memastikan peralatan keselamatan berfungsi, penyelenggaraan dan penentukuran yang betul, seperti kamera pengawasan, sistem penggera, peranti kawalan akses dan sistem komunikasi.)
- Conducting regular inspections and audits of security procedures, equipment, and personnel to ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and best practices. ( Menjalankan pemeriksaan dan audit berkala terhadap prosedur keselamatan, peralatan dan kakitangan untuk memastikan pematuhan dengan piawaian, peraturan dan amalan terbaik.)
- Various ad hoc assignments or tasks assigned by the company from time to time. (Pelbagai tugasan atau tugasan ad hoc yang diberikan oleh syarikat dari semasa ke semasa.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
