**Your new responsibilities**:

- Manage and handle tax incentives and manufacturing license conditions including liaise with external auditors and government authority that lead to multi millions tax savings every year for compliance of incentive conditions and also direct management attention on exception and propose solutions.
- Advise, review and responsible withholding taxes by working closely with GBS and all stakeholders - Malaysia.
- Manage and coordinate grant claim information compilation, audit and submission to government authority.
- Manage and handle tax compliance services for direct and indirect tax filings - other APAC entities.
- Ad hoc project support including survey.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to Management Stakeholders and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation.

**Work scope includes**:

- Review corporate income tax
- Review withholding tax, VAT
- Working with tax agent to correspond with tax authority on any tax queries/ request
- Highlight potential / foreseeable tax issues with tax agent and workout the tax implications
- Review transfer pricing report
- Tax analysis tax audit

**Manage and handle tax accounting - Indonesia**

**Work scope includes:

- Review calculation of provisional tax and deferred tax
- Review tax booking voucher prepared and the successful validation between Otax and OCS by due date
- Preparation of tax information to be provided to tax agent
- Work with GBS team / tax agent to solve any issues noted

**Tax accounting support - other entities**
**Work scope includes:

- **
- Preparation of tax information to be provided to tax agent.
- Work with GBS team / tax agent to solve any issues noted

**What we look for**:

- Degree in Accounting withat least 5 years of tax experiences.
- Several years of tax experience in MNC, added advantage if with Accounting experience.
- Experience in managing multiple tasks at hand with tight due date.
- Undertaking continuous improvement measures to improve on daily routine work (SAP functions related).
- Experience in working with different colleagues from different countries / culture.
- Dealing with counterparts, partners and services providers in all parts of the world.
- Collaboration with international teams.
