Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives and staff members
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings and presentations
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in various registration and renewal of registration of the company
- Liaise with numerous external parties such as vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth business operations
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed
- Handle day-to-day matters and providing efficient support for administration processes
- Willing to travel when required
- Any other duties / jobs assigned by superior or management

Job’s requirement:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field related

At least 1-2 years of working experience

Interview will be held in person.
