**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Job Overview**:
**Supply Chain**:

- Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of shipping, logistics, and warehousing operations.
- This role involves monitoring shipments from overseas suppliers, handling shipping processing and customs clearance, coordinating with warehouses for incoming goods, managing material codes, arranging import licenses, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Managing the SAP system, overseeing inventory control and procurement, facilitating bulk deliveries, and providing support for logistic and warehouse requirements.

**Admin Executive**:

- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

- Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Ensure compliance in workspace according to Brenntag’s company policy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor Delivery and Coordinate Logistics:

- Track and monitor deliveries to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
- Liaise with transporters to coordinate delivery schedules and optimize routes.
- Communicate effectively with the warehouse to ensure proper handling and dispatch of orders.

**Sales Order Management**:

- Update and maintain sales orders to reflect accurate delivery information and status.
- Ensure sales orders align with inventory availability and production schedules.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to sales orders.

**Production and Inventory Planning**:

- Assist in planning and coordinating production activities to meet customer demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant departments to manage stock and replenishment.

**Customer Service and Sales Support**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team by generating reports, preparing presentations, and assisting in sales-related activities.

**Credit Management and Documentation**:

- Collaborate with finance and SSC to follow up on credit block issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to credit, invoices, and payments.

**Compliance**
- Ensure company’s SOP and regulation are strictly compliances by all the staff member

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**:Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field preferred.

**Experience**:Previous experience in customer sales support, logistics coordination, or a related role is advantageous.

**Communication**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

**Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.

**Problem-Solving**:Ability to identify and resolve issues related to logistics, sales orders, and inventory management.

**Team Collaboration**: Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting a cohesive work environment.

**Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with relevant software and tools for sales order management, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
