Kota Kemuning, Malaysia MEGAH SEWA SDN BHD Full time

**Responsibilities**
- You will be mainly responsible for accounts, finance and office administration activities.
- You will be performing posting of expenses or other transactions to journals or ledgers and verify their accuracy (including invoices, bills or vouchers).
- Daily cash-flow monitoring and planning.
- You will be assisting in daily office administrative tasks which includes documentation, filing, correspondences and following up on pending matters.
- You will be liaising with auditors as and when required.
- You will be required to reconcile on monthly accounts.
- Ad-hoc tasks assign to you by Superior as and when required.
- Work closely with Accountant / Finance Manager.

**Skill and Qualification**
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience using SQL Accounting Software is an added advantage.
- Minimum LCCI Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year working experience.

**Competencies Requirements**
- Able to work independently with little supervision.
- Punctual and have a positive working attitude and able to take initiative action for solutions.
- Willingness to learn and upgrade skills.
- Deadline oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skill and good communication skill.
- Possess decent personality.
- Independent and resourceful.
- Below age 30 years old
- Preferable Chinese & single applicant

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
