Hostess

1. The hostess schedules table reservations for guests in advance and usher guest to the table. Hostesses often have to make decisions about where a group will sit in the Bar.

2. The hostess directs and instructs the dining room personnel on customer needs to ensure

Customers receive fast and quality service from the moment guest arrive.

3. Hostesses greet guests as they arrive and take them to their seats. They also provide a menu and explain specials. They may answer immediate questions the patrons have. They may introduce the customers to their server

4. Provide patrons with accurate wait time estimates during busy periods

5. Assist with opening/closing tasks and side work as needed

6. Answer phones and schedule reservations with large parties.

7. To check and update on Event Order.

8. To check on daily reservation booking from F&B office and outside guest.

9. To do a daily wash down reservation file taken before the event start and arrange table for confirm reservation.

10. To prepare food tag for the buffet counter according to event held in the outlet. To make sure at all time that food tag is always available (liaise with Chef)

11. Perform any other job-related tasks as assigned by the Superior and Head of Department.
