**About the Department**:
The **Finance and Corporate Services** function manages the financial and administrative needs of the Group to help achieve its business goals.

**Corporate Real Estate Services**

We manage and administer matters relating to real estate on behalf of the Group. These include lease management, facilities management, as well as security and general service matters.

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for qualified Project Manager to join our team for a 2-year contract. The job responsibilities include:

- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to management.
- Effectively applies best practices and methodology and enforces project standards.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimizes risk on project.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Project Accounting:

- Manages project budget.
- Monitors, controls, and provide regular reporting of project expenses to management.
- Monitors project cost and ensure timely finalization of project account with complete supporting documentation to enable project capitalization.
- Ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
- Analyzes project expenditure to update portfolio cost benchmarking.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possesses qualification in project management or its equivalent.
- Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
- Direct work experience in project management capacity.
- Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Possesses general understanding in the areas of design and renovation of interior and architectural space.
- Understands design and construction projects lifecycle and implementation strategies.
