1.Measuring meal ingredients accurately for prep and cooking
2.Preparing meals by washing, peeling and vegetables and seasoning different kinds of meat 3.Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items are received and are good quality 4.Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the manager when stock is low 5.Disposing of the expired and spoiled food items stored in stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers
6. Manage the cleaning and ensuring that all the work stations are organized and properly sanitized
7. Manage and direct staff preparing all the meal items to be presentable as instructed.
8. Able to manage staff by time schedule, task completion, time and cleaning schedule, discipline and motivation.
9. Able to leading the kitchen team towards success in every part of hygiene, sanitations, self cleanliness.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
