Chrisjac 是一家成熟的招聘公司，在人力資源行業為馬來西亞的企業客戶提供近三十年的服務。作為提供加值招聘服務的一部分，我們目前受客戶委託尋找合適的合格會計師來擔任我們的客戶的管理會計師角色，該客戶是一家位於吉隆坡蕉賴地區的領先房地產開發公司。
**主要責任**:

- 向財務經理報告並協助財務經理進行每月報告和會計工作。該角色將有所不同，包括跨財務會計和分析的職責。
- 編製每月資產負債表及總帳調節表。
- 每月管理帳目的準備與分析。
- 每月分析業務內的關鍵成本。
- 每月差異分析的製作及評論。
- 與財務經理一起制定年度預算。
- 完成所有月末日記。

理想情況下，我們正在尋找在馬來西亞房地產行業工作的候選人。
- 馬來西亞男性或女性。
- 擁有會計學士學位或專業資格（ACCA/CIMA）。
- 房地產開發業務/行業經驗豐富的管理會計師。
- 較強的Excel技能和一般IT應用技能。
- 擁有較強的溝通能力，尤其是英語。
