Reporting to the Branch Director & KL HQ Finance team, you will be based at designated office to handle Property Management accounts for the site offices that our Company is managing. As a **Accounts Executive**, you are responsible to:

- Prepare full set of Accounts - Income & Expenditure, Balance Sheet & Management Account monthly using the CSS system or similar Accounting System.
- Prepare cheques for supplier and contractors.
- Receive cash, cheques & online banking and issue receipts. Reconcile bank statements by comparing statements with General Accounts.
- Handling issues related to the properties and the facilities.
- Assist the Building Manager on bad debts, defaulters and sending statement of accounts.

Requirement:

- LCCI / Degree / Diploma in Accountancy
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skill, independent and problem-solving skills.
- Able to handle AR, AP, General Ledger, Reconciliation and Full set of accounts.
- Willing to travel to site offices when required.

**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
