**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to delinquent customers to negotiate for payment.
- Receive inbound calls (which is related to unblocking of devices or recovery related matters) and to negotiate payment arrangement with the customer.
- To proceed with the unblocking request (if applicable/necessary).
- Update CRM & UCCS (systems) on calls made and actions take for each customer.
- Any other Ad-hoc matters

**Job Requirements**
- Total Relevant Experience: 1 to 3 years of strong and solid background in sales, customer service, or call centre service.
- Previous debt collection or recovery experience will be advantageous.
- Fluent in the English and Malay Language (written and spoken).
- High School Certificate (or) Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any related field is preferred
