**QA Operation, Executive (In-Process and Finished Goods)**

**Department: QA**

**Reporting to: QA Operation, Assistant Manager**

As a member of the Quality team, the QA Operation, Executive will assist plan, coordinate, and oversee food safety and quality programs in processing line to ensure the company delivers the highest quality and safe products. The duties include in-process and outgoing verification, finished goods checking and monitoring all quality factors in processing line.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

**Safety, Health & Environment**
- Support and adhere to all management safety, health and environment policies, direction and values. Maintains industrial harmony and ensures compliance to all labour laws related.

Quality Management
- Accountable for in-process and finished goods quality management program to ensure in-process and finished goods comply with established specifications.
- Responsible for verification activities of in-process and finished goods to ensure manufacturing activities carried on according to specifications.
- Manage, identify and control non-conformance and complaint to prevent repetition.
- Implement of RCA in problem solving and cultivate preventive and improvement mindset.
- Responsible for effective implementation of HACCP System, conduct necessary hazard analysis, to verify changes has no significant impact to food safety concern before implementation and document update.
- Manage validation and verification program to ensure the food safety and quality program are effective and implemented in accordance with the HACCP plan.
- Conduct yearly mock recall as per scheduled to evaluate the effectiveness of traceability system and product recall procedure.
- Analyze quality control data trend, proactive react if out of specification.
- Manage in-process material and product release in SAP system to ensure the releases are performed according to standard and on timely manner.
- Support in supplier audit, internal audit and external audit, review findings and identify area of improvement.
- Plan and execute departmental and quality KPIs.
- Identify training needs for staff, to execute relevant training plans to continuously educate and develop employees to acquire expected competency.
- Lead Product quality knowledge study and analyse the data to identify the areas for improvement.

**Regulatory Management**
- Ensure the compliance of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

**Cost Management**
- Preparing the Annual Operation Plan of assigned processing line for annual budget.
- Managing the expenses inclusive of Employee Related Cost and Consumable and Utilities expenses.

**People Management**
- Assisting in coordinating the training module which include the assessment, in class training, on job training, skill matrix and identification of training needs.
- Responsible to conduct on-job training for new staff and refresher training.
- Managing the people related issue i.e. disciplinary issue and coaching.

**Functional Skills and Capabilities required**

1.Experienced and possess good knowledge in implementation of HACCP standards.

2.Proactive to lead project, manage task / stakeholders to deliver project objectives.

3.Has strong written and oral communication skills, able to work collaboratively with stakeholder from internal and external of organization.

4.Be a strong team player, demonstrating leadership aligned with F&N Global Value of 3Cs (Collaboration, Creating Values and Care for Stakeholders).

5.Uphold QA support level, timely response to meet internal and external stakeholder expectations.

6.Multitasking and good time management, to ensure deliver as per project timeline.

7.Quality and action orientated, conduct systematic root cause analysis, with good attention to details in document review and data analysis.

8.Work independently with mínimal guidance required.

9.Willing to spend time on site to support stakeholder in trouble shooting / problem solving.

**Requirement**

1.Degree holder in Food Technology, Food Science or related Science / Engineering fields

2.Has minimum 2 years working experience in QA/QC of food industry, product development in relevant industry is added advantage.

3.Willing to travel.

4.Bilingual - English/ Malay will be beneficial. Mandarin proficiency is added advantage.

5.Possess knowledge and experience in FSSC22000 is added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
