**Main Function**:

- Performing the incoming inspection for the selected parts, in-process inspection and/ or final inspection

**Job Scope & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct internal audit and supplier audit
- Coordinate meeting to review and revise with current procedure
- Monitoring the compliance of environmental regulation
- Supporting 6S and Safety & Health activity
- Supporting in internal calibration
- Assisting the implementation of the Quality Management System on a daily basis,
- Coordinate and up-date the quality process control system,
- Performing the ISO9001 Internal audit process,
- Validating the calibration of measuring equipment,
- Creating the inspection work-instruction or records
- Competent in written and spoken English
- Competence regarding lSO9001: 2015 Standard requirements.
- Internal auditor certification as added advantage.
- MS office suite literacy

**Requirements**:

- Possess a recognised Degree in Sciences, Quality Management, Business Administration, Organisational Development or other related discipline.
- Possess good knowledge of the Quality Management System of a higher education institution, including student services, curriculum design, assessment and etc.
- Possess knowledge and experience in managing ISO 9001 Quality Management System and MQA audit.
- Strong analytical skills in data management.
- Strong command in English, strong report writing and communication skills.
- Good team player with high level of integrity, initiatives and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer skills eg Microsoft Office - Excel and PowerPoint.

Ban Seng Lee Industries Sdn. Bhd. was established in 1978 to meet the growing demand for metal components from Japanese clients. Our first client was Matsushita Air-conditioner and we have gradually expanded to include others in audio, automotive, computer, camcorder and various home appliances. Today our clients are not only in electrical and electronic products but also in automotive, industrial, agricultural, construction, furniture and office equipment.

As part of our growth, we established Unique Forging & Components in 1989 to spearhead forging operations and Crestronics (M) in 1999 for PCB Assembly operation.
