- **Responsibilities**:_
- Issue PO for order material / services upon request & contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve problems.
- Good receiving in system, matching DO & Invoice with PO, verify and pass to Finance dept. to proceed payment.
- Respond to supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
- Maintain proper records of purchases, quotations/sources, suppliers’ information and documentations.
- Make sure purchased arrives on schedule and meets the purchaser’s specifications.
- Monitor inventory, perform buying duties when necessary, and contact suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries
- Track the status of requisitions, contracts and orders, and calculate relevant costs.
- Update monthly consumption of order materials.
- Perform any other tasks and assignment as directed by the management from time to time.
- **Requirement**:_
- Malaysian with junior level experience in purchasing administration skills.
- Ability to utilize computerized inventory system, Microsoft office, SQL software and basic office equipment.
- Responsible, resourceful, positive attitude.
- Academic background / experience : Purchasing / Administration.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Attendance bonus

**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Buyer/Purchaser: 1 year (preferred)
